杨民兴，男，汉族，1945年12月1日出生于福建省南安市，他是一位非常有才华的剪纸艺术家。他的剪纸作品不仅技艺精湛，而且富有创意。

Yang Minxing, male, Han nationality, was born in Nan'an City, Fujian Province on December 1, 1945. He is a very talented Paper Cuttings artist. His Paper Cuttings works are not only exquisite, but also creative.

杨民兴的作品风格独特，有丰富的情感和内涵。他的作品包含了中国传统文化、神话传说、历史人物、山水风光等多种元素，每一个剪纸作品都具有深厚的文化底蕴和独特的艺术价值。

现为中国民间文艺家协会会员，中华文化促进会剪纸艺术专业委员会会员，福建省民间文艺家协会剪纸专业委员会副主任、泉州市级非物质文化遗产项目《泉州剪纸》代表性传承人;荣获泉州市，南安市引进第五高层次人才，南安市民间艺术大师称号。

He is now a member of the Chinese Folk Literature and Art Association, a member of the Paper Cuttings art professional committee of the Chinese Culture Promotion Association, a deputy director of the Paper Cuttings professional committee of the Fujian Folk Literature and Art Association, and a representative inheritor of Quanzhou Paper Cuttings, a municipal intangible cultural heritage project; Received the title of Quanzhou City, the fifth highest level talent introduced by Nan'an City, and the folk art master of Nan'an City.

出版作品有《杨民兴剪纸艺术》《杨民兴剪纸二集》《杨民兴剪纸集》《杨民兴剪纸续集》《我爱剪纸》等。其“南安盘花”被列入南安市第二批非物质文化遗产，并被指定为“南安盘花”的继承人。
